Auriane Mazuir

PhD Candidate · Data Scientist · Statistician

I am a PhD student in the Statistics team at Institut de Recherche Mathématique Avancée (IRMA) at the University of Strasbourg, under the supervision of Etienne Birmelé, Augustin Chevallier and Gatien Ricotier.

This PhD is a CIFRE thesis conducted in collaboration with the B2A laboratories, focusing on the automatic detection of chromosomal abnormalities through advanced statistical and machine learning methods.

Alongside this, I work on optimising analytical pipelines to improve computational efficiency and reduce processing time on large-scale datasets.
